Dear Ziera, I used to love your shoes, especially the Fellini in a beautiful metallic green. This was an elegant shoe for older ladies (in fact, I bought it first in my late 30s) and wanted to buy more in my 40ies but it has been discontinued. The new Frolic while not being comparable nevertheless is a reasonable fit in measures of comfort. However, the only colour that appeals is the Orange. The others are quite staid and unexciting. As a long term customer, I agree with Lara, it would be great if this one time forward thinking company retained or opened their vision to shoes like the Fellini (where the front of the shoe is not pointy and uncomfortable, while being detrimental to feet) and instead embrace comfortable and elegant shoes in colours and designs like you used to have. over to you Ziera. I believe, you would have a most grateful and in fact a relatively well off clientele, eager to purchase your shoes.

Do these have the same format as the Follow shoe? eg. heel height and base of the shoe? Thanks Jacqui

Hi Jacqui That's correct these are exactly the same as Follow. Ingrid

I bought a pair of the grey patent last year and have worn them all over the world - fabulous shoes. I love the patent look - any chance of a black patent this year? the plain leather looks a bit dowdy.

Hi Sandy.. Thank you for your feedback. We have done Frolic in Black Leather for this summer.. but I will pass on your comments for a black patent :-)

Hi Ive just bought the Frolic in grey patent, love the look but I too need a narrower fit. Was reading all the comments and want to ask what is a shim? I have tried putting a toe insert into mine at home which has helped a bit. I had to go up 1/2 a sz to get the right length.
    20 Oct 2015
Hi Elaine. A shim is a very thin inlay that can be inserted underneath your current inlay to give it that extra thickness. Your nearest Ziera store can help you with this, or I can post one to you. Please email me

Hi Mandy Thank you for your enquiry and feedback. The FROLIC Fuschia is made in suede and yes it's a gorgeous bright colour just as showing on the website. Thanks Ingrid

Just bought a grey pair of these shoes and wore them today - to go shopping. Happy to report that after 3 hours on my feet, the shoes were just like slippers! Well done Ziera team for great design and comfort! Well done also to the ladies at Ziera Doncaster who showed amazing patience with me while I tried on many, many shoes to ultimately find my perfect fit!

I think these shoes are wonderful and amazingly comfortable, however the navy colour is staining my feet and socks.

Hi Kim, we have had issues this season with the dye in our leather lining not being as dyefast as we would like. Our quality guy is discussing with our supplier to make sure processes are followed correctly. In the meantime we are advising customers to wipe out after each wear and spray with a scotchguard product or our water and stain protector. I know this is not ideal and obviously if you are not happy you can return your shoes within the 30 days. Kind regards Raewyn

it seems there are no more medium or narrow sizes produced anymore. I really need a medium at least.

Hi Carolyn, Frolic has a full insert that can be pulled out and a shim added underneath before putting the insert back in. This will take up the extra room and effectively your shoe will become an M fitting. All our stores carry these shims. regards Raewyn

I love your shoes, however over the last year every time i have asked for something I would like to buy in your shops I am told.Sorry no narrow or medium fittings. That has been winter and summer styles.I have four pairs of your shoes at present and wear them all the time. So great for walking shoes comfort and quality, Will I have to go elsewhere when I need more? My rating is low on the subject of available fittings.

I bought these shoes a few weeks ago. Oh my goodness they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. My orthotics fit in beautifully. Usually shoes that fit orthotics are not that great looking but these are and look great with jeans and even skirts. I love them and thinking of buying a second pair for when I wear these out.

I purchased the mink nubuck shoes recently. I find the moccasin style of shoe is so comfortable and so versatile. I have had compliments from ladies at work about how nice they are.

I just bought these in Nubuck and i'm loving them already - so comfortable and versatile. Great with jeans & 3/4 pants - and in summer I'm sure they'll be great with shorts or a skirt. Really excited that Ziera are producing shoes that are this appealing - visually and practically.
